Hi! I am happily married and a proud Mamma to Olivia born in 2007 and Evan born in 2009.
HealthyGreenMoms.com has been “live” since 2008. Writing this blog has been quite a journey. In the beginning, I intended this blog to be solely about health tips and green living but I soon found that my deepest passion was in sharing what has been valuable to me in healing pain and illness and creating the fulfilling life I now have.
Years ago I never imagined my life would be blessed as it is today. I was under a dark cloud of depression and anxiety with little hope that I could experience any happiness, clarity or hope. Over the years, I restored my mind, body and soul through faith and courage, right nutrition, studying healing extensively and finding honest and inspiring friendships.
I am passionate about the life journey. I have been awed by the immense power of healing that is available to each of us. I am passionate about being true to ourselves. I believe a simple life that pays attention to timeless truths will best lead us towards the lives we seek and to help parents shape a future filled with self reliant, confident and creative children.
