I wanted to the take time to update you on a few cool things happening at Healthy Green Moms and then you can hopefully forgive me for inconsistent posts!
Healthy Green Moms went live at the end of April. I had only a little knowledge about blogging from a test site I started in January. After discovering that spending hours sourcing out products and then reviewing them was not my thing, I decided to focus on the Healthy and Green side of my life. They do say “blog what you love” right?
Since April, I have seen my traffic go from about 150 views per month to over 10,000! My ranking just hit 361,000 on Alexa and I was finally awarded with a “Royal” Google page rank. Egads! What does it all mean?? I have absolutely no idea! I intend to find out though, so that I can keep blogging and being a stay at home mom.
I owe all of you a BIG BIG thank you for reading Healthy Green Moms. You make it all worthwhile. Gush. Really! Thank You from the bottom of my heart for your support.
My original intention was to get online to meet other like minded Moms and Dads and other cool inspiring people during my first year of being a (lonely) new Mom. I have since met so many great people through this adventure of blogging and I am immensely rewarded by your friendship, feedback and comments.
There are some exciting plans for more great content in the next few months here at Healthy Green Moms. I have to be hush hush for now, but soon I’ll share the exciting news!
In the meantime, I’ve decided to celebrate 4 months of Healthy Green Moms with a new site design! Stay tuned for the new look coming very soon. I realized I am having some technical issues with the sidebars on either side of the page. Because I am a bit of a perfectionist, all I saw was “messy & cluttered” written all over the sidebars in the months to come. I like clean. I like easy. I like you being able to find your way around!
