This is my first time sharing a list of the sites I’m currently reading online. Although a mom’s time is short, I enjoy each of these blogs when I have a few free minutes. These are blogs I have found recently when I decided I needed some fresh reading and the other blogs that I keep going back to, again and again.
My personal preference is to subscribe for email updates so I love it when a blog has included that option into their feeds. This way I am notified when the blog updates without me having to double check the site for recent updates. A small but important detail for this busy and now very pregnant blogger!
Green Living
Green & Clean Mom – My pal Sommer never fails to blog about a great variety of green topics that are of interest to families. She is also a great resource for green bloggers as she hosts the “Mommy Go Green Blog Tours” for those interested in reviewing sustainable earth friendly products.
Green Your Decor – I love this site for the wanna-be designer lurking inside me. Jennae has great taste so I mostly just drool at all the cool eco designs she chooses to write about.
Nature Moms – If you haven’t been over to Tiffany’s site and want to learn more about natural green living I highly suggest you visit. I appreciate her dedication to green living, her success as a blogger and she does some stellar product reviews for eco minded parents.
Family
Parental Intelligence - I am subscribed to this monthly newsletter that is jam packed with great parenting articles from various writers. I love getting various perspectives on becoming a more conscientious parent.
A Well Lived Life – I just started reading this blog because I am looking for resources on “hypno birthing.” I’m liking what I’m reading so far.
Simple Mom – I’m loving this popular blog because she is just…well, so darn organized! She has many useful resources and suggestions for making home life a little simpler and I admire her accomplishments as a blogger and mother. She is up for a major award under “best new blog” so if you enjoy her site, I’m sure she would appreciate a vote.
Blogging Tips
One Cool Site – As a relatively new blogger, I get a lot of value from her articles. We like simple and easy to follow tips when it comes to blogging.
Blogging Tips – I’m new here but liking what I see so far. Just keep speaking in a language I can understand and this will stay in my inbox.
And dare I mention Problogger? This is just a given.
Wellness, Spirituality & Personal Development
Empowered Soul - Andrea’s blog is insightful to say the least! I plan to take up some of her services soon and I find her path to becoming an Intuitive Consultant interesting. Needless to say, her posts captivate me and I continue to be subscribed.
Jungle Of Life – Lance is sunshine! He has a nack for creating short articles that reflect his positive outlook on life. I appreciate his simplicity, thoughtfulness and compassion. He seems to be a person deeply committed to living the best life he can imagine.
Think Simple Now - Tina is a master at taking personal development subjects and dissecting them into practical usable articles aimed to enhance your life. She posts once a week and this is a good thing because her articles are ones that I keep going back to.
My Super Charged Life - Jeff is a super blogger and he has a diverse selection of articles committed to living life to it’s fullest. He is Real, shares is personal growth in his articles and invites readers to participate in the journey.
Attraction Mindmap - Evelyn is a wonderful writer living in Singapore (gosh, I hope I have that right?) Her personal spiritual development is very intriguing and raw, she writes on topics I always find very interesting because she always takes things one step further. Her focus is Abundance and The Law of Attraction.
Christine Kane - This is a new blog for me that I found through Jungle Of Life. She is an amazing songwriter and singer who writes about stepping past fear to reach for your goals. She shares the things that worked for her is taking that giant leap into a career in music.
Just For Fun!
The Pioneer Woman - Argghhh, she is sooo interesting and I completely understand why she is one of the top bloggers online. I noticed recently that she has a homeschooling section on her blog, a topic I’d like to learn more about. And… her palace Lodge is just stunningly beautiful. (Woops the wanna-be designer is speaking again!)
That’s about all for now, but noticing that the “Just For Fun” is lacking somewhat. I have to add that I do have fun…seriously! I just prefer to get some fresh air every once in a while.
Since it appears I’m lacking in the Fun Blogs department maybe you can help me out? What’s your fave blog for some fun reading?

Hey there Monica, it’s me, Jessica (previously Green Mamma). I hope all is going well with you. I keep stopping by to see what you’re up to. How is your photography journey going? I am focusing on a home photography course that I created for myself (consisting of aperture 2 course by apple and visual poetry by chris orwig). Anyway, I’m staying busy with photography and the kids. Wishing you well and sending you light and love.

I’m so happy I stumbled across your blog, not only am I an expectant mom, but I’m also a nutritionist with a new blog- http://www.nutritiousmeg.com/blog/. There are so many tidbits of info I can take away from your blog, thank you!
Hey lady, it’s me again,
Hope all is well. Miss you.
Thanks for a list of your favorite blogs. Great resource of green information for moms and others.
Speaking of green ideas, thought you might appreciate this cool time lapse video about an urban community that turns their junkyard into a sustainable garden in just one day.
