		<description>Love the points here and your highlights Lance.  The whole idea of just being sensible with meals, amounts and available of the good and bad foods is important.  The LITTLE indulgences can make it easy to stay on track, but that is the hard part for most people. 

For me, fruit is one of those indulgences and having a healthy one is such an easy way to stay away from the junk food and other bad foods.  I LOVE to snack on good tasty fruit, so that makes it easy for me.</description>

		<description>I like the idea of focusing on what makes &quot;me&quot; feel great.  Sometimes discipline can be hard.  Another key for me, is to not have the bad stuff in the house - if it is, someone&#039;s going to eat it...

And, I&#039;m also big on making breakfast a priority - it&#039;s just a great way to start the day off right!
