That sounds so fresh and yummy! Just made quinoa last night and have leftovers…may have to pick up some of the other ingredients! :)

That really sounds delicious. I love quinoa, so much faster to cook than many of the other grains and so high in protein. The video is a great idea, I’ll be looking forward to next week’s edition!

Hi Monica
I am also into green initiatives, some details at http://samuel.pubcon.in/

I help companies that deal with green products. I can forward you some good info about reusable bags and green printing. Do let me know if you have any plans to cover these topics.

Good to know you, do let me know your interest in reusable bags or green printing. How they save energy and trees.

Regards,
Sam

I was thinking you were doing the video series but then I realized, that isn’t Monica! Still a good recipe but you should do them and share your reciepes. Come on, you can do it.

This recipe looks interesting. I’ve read about quinoa, but hate to admit that I have yet to try it because I’ve been intimidated and didn’t know what to do with it. This recipe looks like a great idea. Thanks for sharing!
