Great quote! Reminds me of a time in my life when I had gained a bunch of extra weight. Thats when I finally realized it was a bigger risk for my life to continue down that path than it would be to step out of that life and work toward a lifestyle that was healthy. That seemed scary too, because it was unknown to me, but in the end it was one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I’m now much healthier, and much happier.
