This company is amazing. I went ahead and ordered a backpack for my little girl because school starts Friday. I got my tracking number and kept checking it but it never showed that it was on it's way. I called the shipping company and they said that they never received the package. I called Ecogear to see what was up, and spoke to the actual person that packed up my order. He was very friendly, and remembered packing and sending out my bag so he wasn't sure why it wasn't showing up on the tracker. He also said that he would pack up another bag and send it out immediately. It won't be here for my little girl's first day of school but it's excellent customer service anyway!! The green is a good color also. But what I liked most was the affordability. At $17.99 a bag, I actually might give the Pand Bag as a gift.
