Yup! This is the big news I was waiting to share with you. That’s exactly how the little white stick looked a few weeks back. My hubs and I are so excited to be expecting our second baby sometime around the end of April. Olivia will have just turned two years old and she will make a terrific big sister.
I have had quite a rough go of morning sickness that last few weeks. It’s the kind that lasts all day long. At least I am craving foods a little more healthy than the last time where all I could handle was foods I would never normally eat. This time the saviors are smoothies, raita (yogurt with cucumber and lemon), Greek salad and Miss Vickies salt & vinegar chips.
My time online has been severely limited while I stay horizontal for most of the day. My husband has been a hero, picking up the house and managing work while taking care of Liv. My apologies to you for few posts here at HGM and to my blogging friends for not stopping by your blogs and saying Hi. I miss you! I hope to be back at it in a couple of weeks?! Fingers are crossed.
I have just a few goals with this pregnancy. I plan to exercise more, do yoga regularly and sign up for Hypno Birthing classes which I have heard so much about.
In the meantime, I’ll see you again soon with more energy and inspiration to bring to Healthy Green Moms!

These are my thoughts on living a healthy and simple life. I'm a modern mom with some traditional ideas. At home, I try to clear the confusion from all the conflicting health and parenting advice with some common sense and a natural philosophy. This is the sanest way I know how to navigate the 21 century.
